Two years ago, on October 5, 2018 NIOCHIM’s specialists participated in obtaining the first batches of soda on the largest soda ash plant in India that belongs to RSPL company. Construction of this plant was started in 2016 according to the basic engineering developed by NIOCHIM. During 2018 that became the final construction year many of our specialists actively participated in implementation of this project. Huge work and enormous efforts resulted in successful process tests at soda plant units. NIOCHIM’ specialists provided complete technical support to their Indian colleagues at all stages of plant start-up and implementation.
In 2020 RSPL plant reached and even exceeded 1500 tpd capacity stated in the engineering documentation for the first plant line.
This became possible due to well-coordinated work of the huge international team of professionals engaged in this project.
Technical, process and design solutions were executed in strict compliance with the developed engineering documentation. Up-to-date construction materials and processes were used.
We have all reasons to believe that this new plant built in India according to Ukrainian project will become one of the best in the world.
